Heads up local filmers Seattle Phil Smart Mercedes-Benz dealership is hosting their first annual filmmaking competition and its happening soon. Open to all aspiring amateur filmmakers the contest requires the directors to create a 30-60 second commercial for Phil Smart using only original footage and music. This is a great opportunity for new filmmakers to have their filming and editing skills showcased and potentially win some cold hard cash. The top five Phil Smart picks will get $500 and go on for the grand prize selection that will be decided by Facebook and YouTube viewer’s votes. Grand prize gets you a taste of fame and fortune with a $1500 check, your commercial on TV and free reign over a brand new Mercedes for one week.
