Procrastination got the best of you, young filmmaker? Never fear: Due to overwhelming interest, NFFTY has extended the submission deadline for its 2011 Film Competition which has, according to NFFTY’s Facebook portal, already shattered last year’s record submission numbers. Entrants now have until February 15 at Midnight PST to complete film submissions. But all materials—including DVD hardcopies, entry fees and applications–must be received by this deadline, so NFFTY still recommends completing the supplementary online application form for the completion a week in advance to guarantee that everything gets in on time. Anything received after the deadline cannot be reviewed for festival consideration. For the full scoop on NFFTY’s deadline extension, hit up the link above.
