2011 Sasquatch Music Festival
100,000 tickets have been purchased and 2011 has set a new record for the Sasquatch Music Festival sales speed. Selling out three times as fast as last year’s (sold out) festival even with the advent of an additional day added to the schedule, the crew at Sasquatch certainly hit the nail on the head with the lineup they announced merely a week ago. All festival attendees are encouraged to carpool to the event and register their mileage savings at to win prizes and track the positive environmental impact. People who shared rides to Sasquatch in 2010 (and registered with Zimride), saved 326,920 driving miles; the equivalent of 1.37 trips to the moon. Lets try for an even more impressive interplanetary feat this year Seattle. Scope out the upper link to learn more about the festival and view this year’s impressive lineup.
