Seattle Channel
Today’s episode of ArtZone with Nancy Guppy will be an all performance “open studio” featuring some amazing local talent. The show will have you jamming to original music from three awesome singer songwriters: Kim Virant, Jim Page and The Femurs. Nancy will also feature an excerpt from Elizabeth Kenny’s Sick, a one-woman show about her pharmaceutically induced fall into psychosis. The show will conclude with weirdly wonderful music and theatrics from UMO Ensemble’s newest production, Red Tiger Tales. Also: Starting this Thursday, April 14, Nancy will join KING 5’s “New Day Northwest” host, Margaret Larson, with a regular “what’s happening around town” calendar of events art segment. ArtZone airs every Friday on Seattle Channel (Channel 21) at 8:00 pm, and is also streaming and podcasting. For more information, visit the above link.
