Seattle Hip-Hop group Blue Scholars has announced that submissions are open for the Cinematropolis short film contest. The Cinemetropolis album is a soundtrack, the band says, and they want fans and filmmakers to create a video/short film under 5 minutes in length, using any track they’d like.
